I’m a mom, author, speaker, and coach who helps women prepare for such a time as this, guiding them to find healing, realign their priorities, and embrace their God-given purpose through faith, wholeness, and Spirit-led leadership.

For years, I lived what looked like a successful life from the outside—building businesses, hitting milestones, and checking every box of achievement. But behind the polished image was a woman running on self-sufficiency and survival, disconnected from the very One who created her.

Then came a season that broke me open, a time marked by divorce, miscarriage, financial struggle, and the unraveling of the identity I had built on performance.

And that’s where I met Jesus. Really met Him.

In the midst of the pain, I surrendered everything at His feet and made the decision that changed everything:

Why did I do this?

Because I know what it feels like to appear strong but feel broken.

To be successful but spiritually empty.

To lead everyone else and feel like you’re losing yourself.

Now, I help women trade striving for surrender, self-sufficiency for Spirit-led living, and burnout for peace.

Through my signature process, A.R.I.S.E.: Awareness, Reality, Intimacy, Spiritual Gifting, and Elevated Leadership with Activated Authority. I walk alongside high-achieving women as they heal, realign, and rise in who God says they are.

This is not just 'success' coaching

It’s soul realignment.

It’s about rediscovering the woman God designed before the world told you who to be.

It’s leadership the way Heaven designed it, rooted in intimacy with the Father, empowered by the Spirit, and led by the example of Jesus.

I’m not just teaching theory, I’ve lived this transformation.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic with two Bachelor’s degrees in Human Biology and Human Development & Family Studies, I’ve spent nearly two decades helping women heal their bodies. Now, God has expanded that mission to help women heal their hearts and align their lives with Heaven’s divine design.

I’ve walked through brokenness, burnout, and breakthrough.

I’ve rebuilt my life, my business, and my faith from the ground up, this time with God as the CEO.

I understand the ache of striving and the peace that comes from surrender. And my mission is to help women encounter the same transformation, to see themselves through their Creator’s eyes, live from their identity as daughters of the King, and walk confidently in their God-given authority.
